Kai's music garden at kai-kai farm

8006 SW Kanner Hwy, Indiantown, FL 34956

KAI'S MUSIC GARDEN introduced in 2016 features three hospitality sites at Kai-Kai Farm 9 miles west of I-95 near Stuart, FL ( about 30 minutes north of West Palm Beach). The EAST GARDEN'S 120 guests get entertained and feast on fresh harvests in our specially constructed crop side screened pole barn and food service area. For the fall of 2017 two major upgrades add considerable capacity and service diversity. First the intimate FARM HOUSE with its multiple guest rooms and suite is perfect for up to 50 guests who may dine on the huge screen porch overlooking the WEST GARDEN'S MEADOW covered concert (32' x 24') stage. Here artists may perform within a highly flexible space, overlooking vegetable fields, before 200-3,000 guests in an open air meadow and lawn for dancing or seating with room for bleachers and tents. Private events such as weddings can be designed to fit any cost point as the sites provide tremendous design flexibility and opportunity to harmonize with the greens scapes.

"A new organic crop has sprouted...It doesn’t grow from the soil, but from the collaborations between farmers, chefs and food enthusiasts. " — Palm Beach Post

"There is a bit of a renaissance going on in Indiantown, and farming is playing a big part. People are paying attention to the farm-to-table movement and one particular farm in Indiantown is getting noticed. " — TC Palm

"We've all heard of farm-to-table dining, but when your meal is actually prepared and served on a farm, there's no truer definition. " — New Times

"While I enjoy being wined and dined at great restaurants, nothing can beat having dinner on the farm. The peaceful setting, the gorgeous surroundings, the fresh-from-the-farm ingredients — all bring me to a feeling of zen, a feeling that I’ll be happy to return to time and time again. " — Florida Food & Farm

Not only do we host local chefs from many of the best restaurants in the Palm Beaches and Martin County, we also have a our own resident chef who works along side them at every dining event at Kai-Kai Farm. Chef Kitty is not only part of the team, she's like family. And boy can she cook! Don't miss a change to taste some of her fabulous cooking at one of our many farm-to-table dinners this season.

A 9th generation native Floridian, Kitty grew up in North Florida near Tallahassee.  From a large family in a very rural community, she learned to cook at her grandmother’s side from an early age.  Cooking has been a joy throughout her life.  After working for many years as a programmer and analyst, she started cooking as a professional.  Brought along by another chef, she honed her skills in the kitchen and now is a private chef.  She has taken cooking classes in Spain and Italy.  She leans toward classic French cuisine but puts a Southern edge to her dishes.  She makes her own condiments along with a line of rubs, spice blends, and flavored oils and vinegars.  She enjoys making jams, jellies, and marmalades.  She is married with 1 daughter and 2 granddaughters.  She and her husband have been in Palm Beach County for 15 years.
