Fall Cooking Dinner with Chef Kitty Philips

Join us for the first in a series of intimate "cooking dinners" with our resident Chef Kitty Philips.
As fall comes around, we start to think of warming spices, stews, the smell of apple pie. Come learn how to make a fabulous beef burgundy with all the trimmings. From appetizer to dessert, this menu will provide you the skills and recipes needed to create a great fall dinner. Guests will be presented with the menu and recipes at the beginning. The dinner will then be prepared with instructions from the chef and served. Questions answered during class.
